Dykema, a leading national law firm, has an opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of three years of paralegal experience. ABA-approved paralegal degree preferred. The ideal applicant will have experience managing automotive related product liability and class action cases. Trial experience not required but preferred. Additional skills include:

• Strong technology experience including Relativity, Trial Director, PowerPoint, Excel;
• Experience with trial preparation, managing logistics and providing assistance at trial;
• Extensive knowledge of ESI protocol and e-discovery procedures and experience working with Litigation Support departments and/or vendor professionals;
• Experience drafting pleadings and/or discovery
• Managing document intensive files, performing substantive document reviews;
• Experience developing graphics, electronic presentations and preparing exhibits;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• LexisNexis, cite-checking and bluebook experience;
• Thrive in a team-driven environment;
• Ability to prioritize assignments and delegate when necessary;
• Preference for NALA, NFPA or specialized certifications;
• Availability for overtime and travel for trial.
