Work you'll do
Coordinates technical aspects of electronic discovery requirements and assists with strategic and legal aspects for assigned projects and matters by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle, applying in-depth knowledge and experience to provide expert consultation and advice on technology and best practices.Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements, and goals. This person helps develop and implement project plans, including data collection, processing, document production, and appeal support (administrative and legal).Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied throughout the life of the case.Provide hands-on technical support, ensuring incoming productions comply with the applicable ESI specifications and addresses deficiencies when found.Perform quality control of deliverables and productions being presented to the client as the final product.

Discovery is constantly evolving and changing as data volumes and sources continue to grow exponentially. We aim to help our clients solve their most pressing data management challenges by bringing key stakeholders together and helping them to navigate challenges such as cloud migration, implications of new technologies, evolving data sources, and pressure due to time constraints or regulatory requirements. Our practice has established itself as a leader in delivering the full spectrum of Discovery services to government agencies. Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role Excellent project management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, and lead a team of 12 eDiscovery project/case managers.Strong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including knowledge of relevant technologies and legal requirements. Seven + years of working experience in the eDiscovery industry. Four + years of direct operational experience using the below technologies: Relativity, RelativityOne, Nuix, Everlaw Three + years of experience working for a top 50 consulting firm, government contractor, or law firm or working in government at the federal or state level. Experience in a managerial position overseeing project teams.

Project management credentials preferred such as: Project Management Professional® (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), International Consortium for Agile Certified Professional® (ICP)
