Position Summary

This managing position will lead a team of AutoZoners responsible for providing title and escrow support to Store Development in a variety of multi-state commercial real estate transactions. This position requires someone who has strong leadership skills, with a focus on team building and promoting a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in real estate transactions, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Commercial Escrow team, including recruiting, training, coaching and performance evaluation to ensure a high-performing, customer-focused team.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Escrow team and manage team workflows to optimize productivity.Proactive recognition and resolution of escrow-related issues that have the potential to delay store openings.Reviews title work and surveys for issues that may affect the use and development of a potential AutoZone locations.Abstracts commercial real estate contracts for date management and other important items to track during the store development process.Responsible for partnering with Finance to ensure payment of earnest money, extension fees, wires for closings, etc.Coordinates real estate closings.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Education And/Or Experience

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in commercial real estate title/escrow services requiredMinimum of three (3) years management or supervisory experience strongly preferredKnowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, detail-oriented and highly collaborative; have polished verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
