Overview

Position Summary:

Performs specifically delegated substantive legal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Attends pretrial hearings, mediations, and other similar proceedings, on behalf of Atrium Health.
• Provides day-to-day operational support of legal and regulatory matters in support of the business.
• Analyzes internal and external metrics to assess effectiveness of current practices, current processes and recommends changes to enhance system-wide practices.
• Serves as an interface between Atrium Health internal divisions and departments and on cases and matters.
• Models Atrium Health Core Values.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

Education:

• Law degree from an American Bar Association approved law school.

Work Experience

• At least two prior years legal experience.
