Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate attorney with 4+ years of experience for the Collin County, TX office. Candidates should have experience with of a broad range of employment issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. Candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Excellent writing, communication, and legal research skills are required. Part-time work arrangement will be considered for this position. All candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
