Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with at 2+ years of experience to join the Immigration business unit in the Pittsburgh or Detroit office. Ideal candidates will have prior business immigration experience. Responsibilities will include preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and immigration court, drafting affidavits, communicating with attorneys and clients, completing forms, gathering facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications and motions, drafting declarations, and more. All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Experience with business immigration in healthcare and PERM experience is preferred. Experience using Microsoft Office products and INSZoom preferred. Successful candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered.

The salary range at the time of posting is $20.67 - $25.48/hour, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
