JOB TITLE: Network Real Estate Project ManagerDuration:12+MonthLocation: West Nyack, NYHybrid : Tuesday and Thursday in office Must Have Skills: Wireless Real Estate:Must Have 5+ years in wireless, including significant knowledge of site acquisition/leasing and land use/zoning in NYC and the surrounding suburban counties in New York.Project Management Skills:Data Base Management/Reporting Ability to work independently and manage high volumeProblem solving skillsEfficient Written/Verbal Communication SkillsValid Driver’s License. DESIRED SKILLS: General experience with Civil and Radio Frequency Engineering design standards for a variety of Cell Site builds, including rooftops, water tanks and towers. JOB DUTIES: Position will assist wireless network real estate efforts in support of our macro new build program. This involves primarily vendor oversight of site acquisition as well as working with A&Es, Expeditors, Attorneys, BTS vendors, Environmental and Regulatory professionals, etc., to successfully navigate various milestones to reach “real estate complete” so the site may transition into construction.Ability to manage the administration of purchase orders relative to expense and capital budget allocations for this program is required.
