Role OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced attorney with a background in estate planning and probate. This is a part-time remote role with the flexibility to create your own schedule, provided deadlines are consistently met. Attorneys licensed in Colorado are strongly encouraged to apply, though licensure in Nevada or Colorado is not mandatory.This role is ideal for an attorney with at least three years of estate planning experience, a strong foundation in finance, and a desire to work in a supportive and organized environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Review: Evaluate estate plans for distribution accuracy, ensuring compliance with client directives.Process Management: Initiate and manage routine estate planning and probate procedures using firm-provided templates, forms, and processes.Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of estate plans and probate matters.Legal Research: Provide insights and recommendations on estate planning and probate-related inquiries as needed.Compliance Oversight: Confirm that distributions and probate actions align with legal requirements and client objectives.QualificationsEducation: Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar licensure in any U.S. state (Colorado licensure is a plus).Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate procedures.Preferred Background: A strong background in finance is a plus.Professional Standing: Must be in good standing with your state’s Bar Association.Skills:Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to follow structured, established processes.Strong communication and organizational abilities.Comfort working independently in a remote environment.Able to operate with little supervision on a customized schedule.
