A leading cannabis and medical marijuana company is seeking a regulatory counsel to join its team on a part-time (<5 hours per week), contract/consulting basis. The role will have an initial 12 month term but the company is expecting to need ongoing support.
Title: Regulatory & Compliance Counsel
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Remote (United States)
Duration: 12 Months (From 12/3/2024 until 12/2/2025)
Pay Rate: $185 - $225 / hr
Job requirements:
- Expertise re: FDA/FTC drug advertising, labeling, packaging compliance
- Ideally someone who has considered these issues as it relates to the cannabis industry
- Admission to the bar in a US jurisdiction
