The Corporate Counsel - Regulatory & Data Privacy will provide legal guidance in collaboration with members of the Legal Department to the business teams on matters of regulation and data privacy. They will also assist in the development and execution of department and business strategies related to these areas Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide actionable, risk-based advice on global product and data privacy regulationDevelop and implement policies and processes to champion best practices and product and data privacy regulatory complianceDirect and oversee outside counsel in matters of product regulation and data privacyPartner with other members of the Legal Department, and business and functional team, to provide strategic, business-oriented legal guidance to aid the successful execution of initiativesPerform other responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal departmentLicensed to practice law in the United States, a member in good standing with a State bar, and able to become a member of the Wisconsin state bar
