Job Description

The Associate will be an integral member of the legal team for Korn Ferry’s In-house Legal Team on a contract basis. This role will perform contract review and negotiations, including non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, letters of engagement, statements of work, change orders, and other commercial client contracts. They will also support other corporate legal resources and work on other legal projects, as needed. The successful candidate will learn their role on the job as they also become familiar with the Korn Ferry services and business. This role will be supporting Professional & Executive Search, RPO, Interim and Projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review and negotiate commercial contracts Interface with internal clients to ensure client contracts reflect agreed business terms and are consistent with company policies and approved legal terms and conditions Protect and mitigate company risks that may arise from contractual commitments Use contract management system Support other corporate legal resources as needed

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Prefer experience in an in-house role.Comfortable managing multiple business prioritiesExperience using DocuSign CLM or a similar contract management toolThis is a full cycle contract role with drafting, red lining, and negotiations

JD and licensed attorney in NA

Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
