Clark Hill PLC is seeking an experienced Tax Credits Attorney with 7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in tax credit financing, renewable energy, affordable housing, and economic development. This position may be located in any of the following offices: Austin, Chicago, Collin County, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Houston, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Antonio, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Washington D.C.
Role
The Tax Credits Attorney will serve as a subject matter expert and advise clients throughout all stages of the tax credit finance lifecycle. This role will provide a wide range of services, including, but not limited to:
New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs) Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits (HTCs) Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) Renewable Energy Tax Credits (RETCs) Opportunity Zones
The salary range at the time of posting is $225,000 - $300,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, a book of portable business, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill set, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
