Summary
Chobani is seeking a proactive, organized and self-motivated Legal Coordinator to provide professional administrative and operations legal support to our in-house Legal Department through a range of critical tasks. This individual will be responsible for supporting project management and will play an integral role within the Legal Department by fielding and responding to business requests relating to legal inquiries. The Legal Coordinator will provide assistance to attorneys and paralegals in the Legal Department, by managing numerous legal documents and contracts, and data analytics for the Legal Department.
Responsibilities
Contracts Management & General:
Manage and maintain Chobani’s contract management system, including all day-to-day data entry, metadata updates, permissions/access and reporting, in an efficient, accurate and exceptionally organized manner. Review a wide range of commercial contracts and distill key pieces of data (e.g., expiration date and type, restrictive provisions, and assignability) for purposes of entering into the contract management system.Manage reporting process for communicating and tracking contract expirations/renewals and additional reporting obligations to all areas of the business. Serve as liaison between the Legal Department and other departments including, fielding and responding to various requests from the business and external parties. Educate business on contract management matters and provide training on contract management system. Assist Legal Department with process improvement projects focused on increasing efficiency and improving service provided to organization. Manage electronic signature processes and contract workflows for certain departments.
Requirements

Compensation Range: $66,400.00 - $99,600.00, plus bonus.
