Legal.io is working with a a top fintech organization to find a Contract Manager with experience with Ironclad, to join their team on a flex engagement (20 hours/week). This is a fully remote position, and the hours can be worked to fit into your schedule. Position DetailsTitle: Contract Manager Experience: 7+ YearsLocation: Remote Hours: 20 Hours / Week Technology: IroncladDuration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $65 - $70 / hour Job description: Responsibilities:Provide support for contract management and metadata analysis using Ironclad.Review and analyze contracts to extract and manage metadata and other critical information.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in contract reviews and metadata management.Handle NDAs and general contract review tasks efficiently.Collaborate with legal and operations teams to streamline contract management processes. Qualifications:At least 7 years of experience in contract management or a related field.Proven ability to read and analyze contracts for metadata extraction.Experience with NDAs and general contract review.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with Ironclad or similar contract management software is preferred.Excellent communication and analytical skills.
