The role with compliance monitoring and auditing consists of the execution of assigned compliance monitoring activities supporting the team's monitoring and auditing plan of PBM Mail, Specialty Pharmacy, Omnicare, Coram, Healthspire and new lines of business. The role with the Regulatory Reporting program will consist of supporting the State Reporting and/or APCD project activities to ensure timely submission of reports by required deadlines. As this role rotates to support different Compliance COE areas and business segments, it will build a strong network across teams and identify opportunities to standardize and modernize our processes. Experience:Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance in reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and establish trust within new networks. Ability to identify, analyze , and respond proactively to new or amended requirements. Familiarity with process optimization methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks. Proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Quickbase), to analyze and interpret data Position Summary:An exciting opportunity as a Sr. Analyst in the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) rotational program.
