Job SummaryThe Contracts Manager for a refinery oversees and manages all contractual agreements related to refinery projects, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards. This role involves negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders while minimizing risk and maximizing value for the refinery. Coordinates closely with project managers, procurement teams, and legal counsel to ensure contract terms are met, deadlines are respected, and any issues are swiftly addressed. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, and vision of the organization.
