This role involves processing contract changes and maintaining agent records. A thorough understanding of onboarding, termination, and agent database maintenance is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and Review: Examine agent contracts and forms for accuracy and completeness.Data Management: Input and update data in third-party vendor systems.Background Checks: Order and manage background investigations for new agents.State Appointments: Process state appointments efficiently.Contract Finalization: Finalize contracts within the agent administration systems.Termination Processing: Analyze and process agent terminations, ensuring quality control of termination files.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in onboarding and terminations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer and typing skills.Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
