Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join its established national litigation team in the Ann Arbor or Detroit metropolitan area. This position can be fully or partially remote. The successful applicant for this position will work on complex fraud, cyber-crime, and technology matters. On a day-to-day basis, our team analyzes and interprets complex contracts and insurance policies, evaluates and researches novel legal issues, and prosecutes and defends litigation in federal and state courts across the country. We also maintain a significant arbitration practice. Preference will be given to applicants with significant legal research and writing experience, such as a clerkship and/or law journal experience.
