WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

 

  • Estimated Salary:$90,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

 

  • Draft, analyze, negotiate, and execute contracts, including vendor agreements with professional services providers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with policies and legal standards. Collaborate with internal teams to secure favorable terms and manage vendor relationships.

     

  • Ensure contracts comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies. Stay updated on legal changes and regularly audit contracts, especially those with vendors, to ensure compliance.

     

  • Act as the main point of contact for contract-related issues with both internal stakeholders and vendors. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve vendor performance and compliance issues.

     

  • Oversee the contract lifecycle, focusing on vendor renewals, amendments, and terminations. Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and communicated, maintaining organized records.

     

  • Execute project management responsibilities within the contract lifecycle, with a focus on managing vendor relationships. Apply project management principles, particularly in IT and software development contexts, to ensure contracts are aligned with project goals and timelines. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in contract and vendor management.

     

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in IT contract management, including a focus on vendor contracts, agreements and negotiations with the Big 4 Consulting Firms and/or similar industry leaders in the IT services space.

     

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry standards, with a proven ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

     

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the full contract lifecycle from inception to execution (cradle to grave), including renewals, amendments, and terminations, with a focus on vendor relationships.

     

  • Experience leading projects within IT contract execution, with the ability to align contracts with project goals.

     

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, preferably related to Legal Studies.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

 

  • Previous IT project management and vendor management experience.

     

  • Experience implementing regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.

     

  • Membership and certifications in IACCM, NCMA or CTPS/CTPE.
