What You'll Get To Do

Organizing, Administering, Reviewing, Maintaining, Analyzing sales documents and terms for government and public sector customers.

Oversee end-to-end processes for transactions, beginning with request for proposals to awards to supply chain for proper fulfillment in accordance with applicable regulations, statutes and laws.Review proposals; analyze contract terms and conditions; prepare and disseminate information regarding contract requirements and status.Review contractual obligations; identifying risks and problems and proposing solutions; and reporting to the Legal and Compliance and business stakeholders.Respond to questionnaires from business stakeholders.Leverage technology including contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms, dashboards and information databases to support sales.Collect and manage materials to be uploaded into a Document Repository using CLM platform.Use tools for project tracking and status.

Communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure effective, timely order administration, and support compliance initiatives:

Proactively work with other internal stakeholders to support the development of processes for contract and order review to comply with government and public sector flow downs and update those processes as necessary to ensure continued compliance.

General Administration

Assist with drafting and updating departmental process diagrams, operating procedures and ad hoc status reports as required.Provide scheduling and calendar administration as requested.

What You'll Bring

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree & 7+ years work experience . Preferred Master or Juris Doctorate degree.4+ years experience with state procurement contracts.Knowledge of state procurement and contract management requirements, regulations, and best practices.Understanding of governance processes.Experience maintaining accurate information in a computerized maintenance management system database to track, monitor and assess contract and project performance.Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) is a plus.Proficient in MS 365, as well as project management and/or contract management platforms. Expert Experience with Excel (such as creating macros, using pivot tables, and creating dashboards).Preferred experience in Six Sigma or Lean Principles.Preferred experience with technical writing (standard operating procedures, policy documents) .Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
