Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with hands-on exposure to various aspects of fintech legal compliance, contract review and legal research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on laws and regulations impacting the company to summarize and present to team members– e.g., AI, privacy, intellectual property
- Review and draft simple legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements and order forms
- Assist in the review of marketing materials
- Help gather information and documents needed to respond to customers’ requests and queries
- Assist with legal team operations and related projects–e.g., managing legal request tickets, preparing agendas and notes for meetings
- Organize and update team files, templates, and resources
Qualifications:
- Interest in learning how an in-house legal department functions at a technology company
- Passion for an interest in a future career in law
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to utilize data to drive recommendations

- Technologically savvy
- Strong experience working with Google suite (mail, docs, sheets), Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, and chat environments.
