In lieu of a degree, two (2) or more years of experience in financial services, or related field.JOB SUMMARY • Work collaboratively with the In-House Attorney Collection attorneys to effectively execute litigation strategy, including but not limited to printing, copying, and mailing documents to support all phases of the litigation process, filings and correspondence, and monitoring court dockets for deadlines, hearings, and trial dates and decisions across multiple states.• Update and maintain case-specific information in the matter management system and on individual attorneys' outlook calendars, including deadlines, hearings, and trial dates.• Update and maintain files in systems, including scanning and uploading mail, affidavits, pleadings, correspondence, and other relevant documentation.• Prepare letters, check requests, electronic filings, and other mailings as needed to support collection efforts.• Review and route mail from courts, opposing counsel, and consumers.• Upload time-stamped copies of documents from the court into the matter management system.• E-file documents with the court, and other tasks as required.
