Job Summary
Position Overview
The Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing and coordinating administrative support to an assigned team of managers, attorneys and/or legal specialists in the ConocoPhillips Legal Department.
Your responsibilities may include:
Managing attorney schedules and updating calendarsMeeting, planning and scheduling conference rooms, team events/activities, catering and teleconferences, etcCoordinating and facilitating meetingsPreparing and revising legal correspondence, including communications with outside counselDeveloping and/or maintaining legal files, records and documents in electronic and/or paper formatCopying and scanning documentsCoordinating travel arrangementsPreparing and processing travel and expense reportsServe as an ambassador of ConocoPhillips Legal Department through managing incoming telephone calls, emails and/or instant messaging appropriately and professionallyReceiving, processing and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and facsimile transmissionsOther administrative duties as assigned by the legal work team and/or reporting supervisor
Basic/Required:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer5 or more years of experience as a Legal Administrative AssistantIntermediate level of proficiency with MS O365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
