The Opportunity

Act as eDiscovery project lead, serving as primary point of contact for Legal, IT Teams, People Resources, and other key stakeholder groups

What you'll Do

Function as primary contact for internal data collection on Employment, Compliance, and Litigation matters. Collaborate with case attorneys and service providers to discuss, plan, and coordinate investigation and discovery options. Collaborate with eDiscovery manager and litigation attorneys on Adobe’s end-to-end global legal hold process (including hardware reclaim, exiting worker process, in-place preservation in Adobe’s systems, legal hold flag integration with downstream systems and data retention). Lead data collections from Adobe’s systems, including M365, Slack, and others. Lead all eDiscovery data collection project communications, providing proactive status updates and supplying substantive responses to inquiries from internal and external case teams. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project deliverables, including productions, reports, and other deliverables. Assist in creating and maintaining relevant project documentation, including data processing requirements, project workflows, production specifications, and search protocols

What you need to succeed

5 years of experience immersed in eDiscovery environment2-3 years of project management responsibility

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,400 -- $214,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
