We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in law to join our Legal Department as a Legal Mail Processor. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, categorizing, and routing legal mail to the correct teams within the department. This role requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, or German), and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:Process and review incoming legal mail, including scanned physical letters, sometimes emailsCategorize and prioritize mail based on urgency and relevance to specific teams within the departmentRoute mail to the correct teams, ensuring timely delivery and follow-upMaintain accurate records of mail received, processed, and routedProvide administrative support to paralegals and attorneys as needed to look up past mail.Translate documents from the following language(s): Spanish, French, or German into English and categorize mail accordinglyPerform other duties as assigned by team leadProvide suggestions to improve the process and work of the teamStay updated with changes in policies and processes, and maintain knowledge of relevant proceduresReview existing materials, receive updates, and participate in trainings provided by Quality team membersCollaborate with Policy, Quality, Changes, and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflowParticipate in improvement programs and activities to drive continuous improvement Requirements:2+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or related fieldParalegal certification or equivalent experienceFluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, or German)Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work accurately under tight deadlines and maintain confidentialityProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience with document management systems and translation software a plus

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $22.58/hour - $28.22/hour.
