As a Legal Assistant you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the department. This role will schedule meetings, process mail, assist with correspondence, make copies, maintain standard department materials and manage distribution. This role will also be responsible to write, proofread and distribute/mail correspondence, reports, and letters as requested while working with corporate and divisional support on a variety of clerical related tasks.

What it takes:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), 0 to 3 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft Suite proficiency.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (desired)
- Experience in customer service (desired)
- Communication skills, both oral and written: accurate, clear and concise (desired)
- Notary Public licensure or the ability to be trained and licensed as a Notary Public (desired)
