SRG Global is looking for an Executive Assistant/ Legal Secretary to join our team in Troy, MI! 

In this role you will be a key member of our team supporting our CEO and General Counsel.

You will join a principled based team that continuously challenges the status quo. Collaborating with multiple functions within operations, development, and transformative capabilities to create mutual benefit. 

What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives including the CEO, CFO, General Counsel and, to a much smaller extent, other senior leaders
  • Lead administrative support for the legal department
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and management of legal documents, including contracts, compliance reports, and litigation files
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and legal staff
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for legal and executive documents
  • Manage internal legal portals, databases, and self-serve intranet systems for contracts 
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of administrative and legal strategies with business objectives
  • Lead overall Troy Headquarters building and facility management

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives and managing legal documentation
  • Understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Experience handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector
  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
