Trustpoint.one has aligned with a prominent AmLaw 50 client in their search for a Transactional Legal Operations / Program Manager for a long-term (1+ years!) hybrid contract role. This position, located in Los Angeles, will serve as a direct liaison between one of the Firm’s leading Partners and their international client base. The Transactional Legal Operations / Program Manager will hold a key administrative business have a strong foundation in accounting and be responsible for:
Calculation of accruals Coordination of complicated, international billing and reporting Contract negotiations Interaction with various accounting teams and client contacts Other project management duties as needed All candidate must be able to work at a computer for a sustained period of time
The qualified Transactional Legal Operations / Program Manager will have 5+ years of experience and an extensive foundation in corporate legal matters as well as solid business and contract negotiations acumen. Advanced knowledge of Excel is a MUST. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are key for this role. Bachelor’s Degree is required; JD or Barred Attorney is a large plus. Solid transactional experience is a requirement for this position.
