IP Attorney – Job DescriptionThis is a legal counsel role with the following requirements:• Advise on the platform rules and procedures relating to copyright and trademark infringement and protection• Handle copyright and trademark-related questions with rights holders• Develop and implement IP protection and enforcement strategy for the platform against infringements by others• Apply effective risk management strategies and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues• Conduct all assignments with integrity and a high degree of responsibilityThe candidate should:• Have J.D. degree with 2+ years of legal practice, including in-house experience• Have trademark/copyright experience• Preferably have internet and technology experience• Be entrepreneurial and proactive• Be able to work independently
