Expected compensation: 50.00 - 75.00 USD Per Hour
HireArt is helping our client find a highly skilled and experienced Workflow and Operations Specialist. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with policies and procedures, and seamless workflow management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in support, compliance, or Trust and Safety operations teams, with a strong ability to translate policies into actionable workflows and possess excellent communication skills.
As a Trust And Safety Associate, You'll
Build operational workflows based on company policies and procedures that are clear, concise, and workflows that can be easily followed by Trust and Safety agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between policy requirements and operational workflows. Continuously review and improve existing workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement training materials and resources to ensure adherence to established workflows. Provide guidance and support to Trust and Safety agents to ensure compliance with established procedures. Utilize Zendesk tooling to build, manage, and measure Zendesk queues effectively. Monitor and analyze workflow metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments. Act as a subject matter expert on workflow management and operations best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience3+ years of experience in workflow design, business process improvement and/or training on support, compliance, or Trust and Safety operations teamsStrong ability to translate policies and procedures into actionable workflowsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiencesProficiency with Zendesk tooling, including the ability to build, manage, and measure Zendesk queuesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data analysis and reporting toolsModerate SQL skillsCertifications in project management or operations management are a plus

Commitment: This is a full-time, 6-month contract position staffed via HireArt. This role will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Menlo Park, CA area.
