The primary responsibility of the Contracts Specialist/Paralegal, Strategic Markets is to provide substantive support for the generation and negotiation of Strategic Markets contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking professional who is ready and able to exercise independent judgment in contract creation and review, think creatively, and work well with both internal and external clients. Essential Job Responsibilities Include:Generate and review Strategic Market client contracts and contract amendments, including Administrative Services Agreements, Pricing Addenda, and Business Associate AgreementsMonitor contract status and follow up on outstanding itemsSupport development of policies and procedures for Strategic Markets client contractingSupport development of templates for Strategic Markets contractsManage client signature process for Client-facing contractsAll other duties as assigned Required Skills / Experience:3+ years’ experience as an contracts administrator, contract specialist or contracts paralegal in a corporate settingBachelor’s degreeAccustomed to working in a team environment including participants without legal backgroundsDemonstrated accountability and ability to meet timelinesHighly organized, fast learner, responsive, and client-service orientedProactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable with ambiguityExcellent communication skills (verbal and written), including ability to professionally compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely, including with management and external clients.Excellent communication skills, including ability to professionally compose emails and other written documentation clearly and conciselyProficient with MS OfficeHigh integrity and ethics, dedicated to upholding organizational values and RxBenefits Core Competencies: Problem Solving & Decision Making, Accountability & Responsibility, Communication, Collaboration & Teamwork, and Customer Focus Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $62,400 - $75,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations.
