We have immediate openings for multiple Litigation Paralegals working with our San Diego based Environmental/Toxic Tort and Product Liability/General Liability practice groups. There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid or full-time remote opportunities.

Qualifications: Ideal candidate should have some knowledge of litigation support and case management, experience organizing large caseloads, discovery, trial preparation, experience assisting at trial, and familiarity with the California and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence. Responsibilities include client contact, document review and production, drafting and responding to discovery, indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation and research.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of Paralegal experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• ABA approved Paralegal certificate
• Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity, or comparable litigation support software
• Strong analytical and written communication skills are required.
