Privacy & AI Counsel
Legal.io is working with a leading automobile manufacturer who is seeking an experienced Privacy & AI Counsel for a 6 month contract. This position will focus primarily on reviewing AI use cases, providing compliance advice, identifying and assessing legal risks, and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies. The role is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing AI use cases for privacy and legal risks.
- Advising on compliance with privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR, etc.) and AI-related laws.
- Conducting legal research and analysis.
- Developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Staying abreast of emerging legal and regulatory developments.
Ideal Qualifications:
- IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/Artificial Intelligence (CIPP/AI) certification.
Hours: 40 Hours / Week Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Hourly Pay Rate: $100 - $115 ($200,000 - $230,000 annualized) Benefits : Vision, medical, dental (all 99% covered), 401k
