The Houston office of Akerman LLP seeks an Associate with 3 to 6 years of labor and employment defense experience. Employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, and employment counseling experience is required. Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience, are also required. Labor experience and California license is a plus. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Texas.
