Consilio ELS is seeking US barred attorneys with National Interest Waiver EB-2 (Employment/Business Immigration ) experience to work on a project for one of our law firm clients. Details: Fully remote in the US - but must work West Coast/Pacific hours Hourly pay rate: $55.00 plus OT if applicable Must have experience working on National Interest Waiver EB-2 visas – no exceptions – this must be detailed on your resume in order to be considered Must be barred in any US state, active & in good standing Estimated duration subject to change: 3 months estimated duration subject to change Interview with the firm, references and background check required Target start ASAP Include any extended time off needed in the next 3 months Client requires a relevant writing sample.
