We are actively seeking a Corporate Paralegal with direct experience supporting in-house legal activities. This remote full-time (40-hour) opportunity is with our innovative supplements and herbs corporate client! This is a 6-month remote engagement!

We are actively seeking Corporate Paralegal located in the Pacific Time Zone with the following qualifications:

  • Must be located in Pacfic Time Zone.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
  • Experience with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), third party business analysis, and database creation and maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and legal software proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with business partners and vendors.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model. This engagement is slated for 6 months.

Join our major E-Commerce client regarding the following responsibilities:

  • Assist legal department in revamping their vendor onboarding process, bringing current vendors into compliance, and building/maintaining a database of compliance documents.
  • Review current vendor agreements for specific language/provisions; flag non-compliant agreements as needed.
  • Work with internal business partners to send and complete third party questionnaires; review completed questionnaires and follow up with business partners and vendors as needed.
  • Build and maintain a database of questionnaires and other compliance documents.
  • Conduct Lexis Nexis searches.
