Specific Responsibilities
The Legal Counsel – Litigation position for Apache Corporation will be a member of Apache’s legal counsel at the company’s Houston, Texas office reporting to the Head of Litigation.
This role will serve as lead counsel in assigned commercial litigation, handle all phases of assigned litigation across multiple jurisdictions domestically and internationally, provide legal advice to the business units on a wide-variety of topics, lead or assist in internal investigations, and provide legal support with respect to special projects. The role will also be asked to assist in operational legal matters as required.
