Location: US – Remote (Pacific coast or Central time zone coverage: 8 am to 5 pm)
Role Summary:
The Legal Analyst will be integral in analyzing, triaging, and managing a variety of contract requests using the client’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool. This role requires effective communication with legal and business stakeholders, attention to detail in contract review, and the ability to navigate and manage contractual processes efficiently. The candidate may also be responsible for data and performance reporting and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review and analyze contract requests for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with rules and client guidelines.
- Communicate with legal and business stakeholders to gather required contract information, using email, chat, video conferencing, and other communication tools.
- Verify or update legal names and addresses of counterparties using official government registers.
- Advise on contract aspects including type, relevant parties, existing related contracts, and issues involving data security.
- Input and manage contract requests in the client’s CLM tool, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Route contract requests for legal review and approvals, coordinating based on geography, contract type, and other characteristics.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for business and legal clients.
- Work with multiple tools (e.g., Excel, OneNote, Teams) to track and manage requests.
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure timely and quality processing of requests.
- Provide answers and guidance to stakeholders about services offered by Integreon and the client.
- Monitor and manage request queues according to established SLAs.
- Coordinate internal approvals, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate issues within the client as needed.
- Route contracts for signatures and abstract information in the CLM platform.
- Update project trackers daily and raise queries and concerns with project leads for resolution.
- Participate in root cause analysis and suggest improvements to existing CLM processes.
- Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for future reference.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to multitask, organize, plan, and prioritize work effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and comfortable with peer review.
- Proficient with CLM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in contract review and knowledge of vetting legal entities preferred.
Education and Experience:
2-3 years’ experience with contract tools and technology, including reporting tools.
