Consilio's client is seeking a Commercial Contracting/Advisement Attorney who will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation, drafting, and analysis of contracts and terms related to various customer, vendor, trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters.

Details:

• Position Type: Full-time
• Setup : Hybrid, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite at company HQ in Atlanta
• Duration: 6 months+
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, draft, and analyze contracts.
• Negotiate and draft agreements to ensure compliance and protection of commercial rights.
• Stay current on potential legal issues related to antitrust, employment, franchise, contract, construction, tort, lemon law, warranty, environmental, consumer protection, and product liability laws.
• Inform departments of any legal issues pertinent to their activities.
• Review and approve costs from outside counsel.
• Attend and lead meetings, providing legal support on complex business transactions.
• Deliver training sessions on legal topics relevant to the business.
