Ideal Education & Experience Requirements:
Education:
- College degree preferred.
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred.
Experience:
- Five to ten plus years' (seniority based on level of experience) relevant experience in an ethics and compliance role at a top company, law firm or government agency, including the following:
- Experience with compliance program creation and implementation
- Knowledge of significant compliance laws (FCPA, SAPIN II (preferred), anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws, anti-trust and competition laws, data privacy laws)
- Knowledge of trade compliance matters, including economic sanctions, export controls, import requirements, anti-boycott regulations preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong project management capability.
- Ability to work independently on a wide range of projects and exercise judgment to make reasoned decisions and prioritize workload.
- Effective relationship management and influencing skills.
- SAP experience and experience with restricted party screening software preferred.
- Ability to act autonomously and to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions.
- Comfortable working in cross-cultural teams, collaborating across country boundaries with a sense for diversity and inclusion.
- Highest standards of ethics and integrity.
- Respectful, innovative & collaborative mindset.
- Understanding of energy industry & previous project management are a plus.
