Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Description

This individual will support the Legal Department with administrative duties for all countries in the Americas and Caribbean Region. Responsibilities include managing payment processing from receipt to conclusion, opening and closing files within the internal system, uploading, tracking, and maintaining documentation within the database, and communicating with internal and external customers regarding specific procedures, policies, claims, and statuses.
