Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze statewide IT procurements and related project information to maintain adherence to architectural standards and technological solutions.
  • Collaborate with a diverse stakeholder group to develop and sustain the enterprise architecture framework in line with the state of North Carolina’s goals.
  • Assess current technology infrastructure and applications to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
  • Establish and promote enterprise architecture principles and best practices to guarantee consistency and security across platforms.
  • Identify potential risks associated with architectural initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate these risks.
  • Guide and support enterprise-wide IT projects ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines.
