Job Title: Paralegal – U.S. Immigration

Job Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite all 5 days)

Role Summary: Integreon is actively seeking experienced paralegals to join our immigration services team, which operates in a fast‐paced environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Efficiently handle the processing and filing of U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
  • Simplify and carry out administrative procedures and documentations necessary for USCIS submissions
  • Liaise with foreign nationals and their dependents to obtain signed forms/photos promptly
  • Ensure all the completed petitions are properly scanned and appropriate checks are includedas per the USCIS guidelines
  • Print and dispatch NIV petitions accurately to the designated USCIS Service Center
  • Conduct rigorous Quality Checks, adhering to team‐set standards, encompassing printed and digital petitions, and critical verifications to prevent package rejection by USCIS
  • Tracking the delivery of NIV petitions and providing a daily status report
  • Dispatch decision notices to foreign nationals promptly
  • Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders involved in the immigration process
  • Ensure accurate updates in the Case Management System for all actions taken
  • Offer suggestions for process improvement and reduction of redundancies
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to coordinate tasks and responsibilities, fostering efficient teamwork

Required Skills/Abilities :

  • Require individuals with exceptional attention to detail
  • Candidates should demonstrate their ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced setting, meeting tight deadlines, and effectively managing workflow and fluctuations in workload
  • Expertise in prioritization and workflow management is essential
  • Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of U.S. Immigration processes

Experience & Education:

  • Possess strong knowledge of U.S. Immigration (Immigrant and Non‐Immigrant Visas)
  • 2‐3+ years of experience in the relevant industry
  • Experience of working in high volume U.S. immigration environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from U.S.
