Job Summary
The Supervisor, Contracts leads the Contract Administrator Team to perform at the highest level of quality and accuracy by organizing day-day workload and embracing the principles of a High-Reliability Organization. The role is responsible for coaching the team to meet goals by identifying needs, supporting individuals' development, opportunities and resolving escalations expeditiously. The incumbent performs Contract Administrator duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote a team atmosphere within the Department by modeling strong customer service, morale, and teamwork philosophies to heighten engagement.
- Demonstrate high-level expertise in all areas of the department, contracts, credentialing requirements, clinical knowledge of disciplines, specialties and settings, and system functionality. Understand VMS systems.
- Allocate team resources to address volume fluctuations, assign tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion. Review contracts, placements, applicable reports and conduct quality checks.
- Conduct regular individual meetings (1:1s) with team members to assess production results and progress to develop future performance and discuss team member obstacles & dynamics. Ensure successful onboarding and training of new team members
- Address performance issues timely and in collaboration with Manager; coach performance and behavioral issues directly with team members by investigating and diagnosing root cause to determine appropriate course of action.
- Collaborates with internal partners to implement regulatory mandates.
- Resolve escalation requests by investigating and troubleshooting with internal and external stakeholders to resolve satisfactorily.
- Support clients' calls in collaboration with leaders and negotiate contracts, partner with internal stakeholders to secure timely contract implementation.
- Evaluate processes and guidelines to increase volume, improve turnaround time and/or accuracy. Proactively and consistently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Support IT enhancements to improve performance, time, or cost.
- Assist Manager to facilitate meetings and activities related to day-day operations.
- Demonstrates ability to manage complex issues while maintaining a flexible positive, cooperative demeanor; adaptability to meet periodic changes in departmental needs.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certifications
Bachelor's Degree
- AMIE, Salesforce or similar ATS system tracking
Additional Experience
- 4 years of exceptional performance in Credentialing or Compliance
- 2 years of Client Contract Administrator experience
- Yellow belt certification
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$74,500 - $88,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
