GEICO is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its in-house Enterprise Litigation and Investigations Division. The Staff Attorney will be responsible for research, analysis, and writing about complex legal issues. The role will also require research and investigation into industry and broader litigation trends. The Staff Attorney will assist in preparing Legal Department management for meetings and presentations. This role will partner closely with other business teams, while forming part of a collaborative legal department that is valued for its practical advice. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant substantive experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong judgment, strong research and writing skills, and an eagerness to be involved in a dynamic company.
