New Role - Senior Manager, Compliance - New York City

Total Compensation up to $250k

Overview: $80B Private Equity firm is looking to add a Senior Manager Compliance to join their team. Candidates must have robust experience with Code of Ethics Compliance and strong working knowledge of the Investment Advisor Act. Candidates in Compliance coming from a buy-side firm are required for this role. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the firm’s compliance program relating to Code of Ethics, personal trading, monitoring and testing of the firm’s Compliance program.

Requirements: -Bachelors degree required; graduate degree preferred but not required -Robust Compliance experience experience across the buy-side sector (7+ years) -Strong background in Code of Ethics and working knowledge of the Investment Advisor Act
