We are seeking an experienced (minimum of 5 years) Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal injury litigation, including trial experience. You will be responsible for representing clients throughout the litigation process, from initial consultation to trial.

Compensation

$85,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

• Client and Case Management Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses and insurance adjusters to gather information and investigate cases. Manage an active litigation caseload.
• Legal Assessment Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide comprehensive legal advice to prospective clients.
• Drafting and Research Prepare and file legal documents including complaints and discovery, conduct thorough legal research, and develop case strategies for trial.
• Representation Represent clients at hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Member of the Georgia State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful personal injury litigation experience.
• Demonstrated trial experience with a strong understanding of courtroom procedures.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and other parties.
• This is an in office/hybrid position.
