In one sentence

We are looking for an open-minded employment lawyer to globally support Amdocs HR as well as various divisions within Amdocs, on employment-related legal aspects and global processes.

What will your job look like?

• Advise on all aspects of employment law in different regions (including recruiting, compensation & benefits, HR policies, unions, employment and relocation agreements, restructuring, and termination) - while working with outside local counsel
• Support cross-organizational HR projects
• Manage employment-related litigation matters
• Support employment legal aspects in M&As, including DD process, purchase agreements, employee retentions, PMI process, as well as advise on employment legal aspects in commercial agreements (including managed services outsourcing deals)

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in Employment Law - Must!
