The Role: Associate Attorney As an Associate Attorney, you’ll work closely with partners, other associates, and support staff, while receiving mentorship from senior attorneys. You'll have the opportunity to handle a variety of civil litigation matters and build your skills across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Prepare and argue substantive motions
• Attend hearings, bench trials, and jury trials
• Draft discovery responses and manage pre-trial preparation
• Handle and assist with appeals

What You Bring:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

• Admission to the Georgia Bar

• 1-5+ years of litigation experience

• Strong legal research, writing, and document preparation skills

• Hardworking and driven, with a commitment to high-quality work
