Our growing firm is seeking an experienced trusts and estates attorney to join our team. You would be handling a mix of estate planning, trust administration, and probate cases. You would be working as part of a team and would be able to delegate to more junior attorneys, as well as paralegals. The ideal candidate would enjoy mentoring more junior team members and be able to juggle a large and varied caseload. Main office is in San Diego. This would be a remote position.

Compensation

$180,000 - $220,000 yearly

Responsibilities

• Drafting estate planning documents
• Handling probate and trust administration cases from start to finish
• Supervising more junior members of the team
• Managing client relationships
• Assisting with business development initiatives

Qualifications

• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney
• Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to local and state bar associations
• Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal
